What to Send Our Way

• Corrections — Found a factual error? Be direct. We'll look at it and fix it if you're right. No runaround.
• Legal or privacy requests — If you have a legal concern or a request related to how your information is handled, email us with the subject line "Legal" or "Privacy" so it gets where it needs to go.

Response Time

We're a small operation, so responses aren't instant — but we do read what comes in. Expect a reply within a few business days for most things. Legal and privacy requests get prioritized.
